   Soak the Seeds

   Rinse cabbage seeds and soak in cool water for 4-6 hours. They germinate reliably with minimal fuss.

   Plant on Growing Medium

   Spread seeds evenly on pre-moistened medium. Press lightly to ensure good contact.

   Remove Cover and Light Up

   After 2-3 days in darkness, introduce 12-16 hours of light. Cabbage quickly turns deep green.

   Harvest at 5-8 cm when cotyledons are fully open. Flavor is sweetest just before first true leaves appear.
