What data do we process?
Your email address, preferred language, the page containing the form, and consent/confirmation time. We do not send your email address to site analytics events.
Why do we process it?
Only to send the Field Notes you requested, required subscription messages, and clearly described occasional updates.
How does double opt-in work?
After submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email. You are not added to the marketing list until you tap its confirmation link.
How can you leave or request deletion?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can reply to an email you received to request access or deletion.
Service provider and retention
Subscription and double opt-in are handled through the configured email service provider. Your address remains until you unsubscribe or a deletion request is completed; legally necessary suppression records may be retained only to prevent future unrequested messages.
