1. İşlenen veriler

Hesap ve sipariş işlemlerinde ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, Google ile oturum açma hesabına ait sağlayıcı kimliği, fatura adresi, şehir, posta kodu ve ülke; kurumsal fatura seçildiğinde şirket unvanı, vergi/VAT numarası ve vergi dairesi; sepet, sipariş kalemleri, sözleşme sürümleri ve onay zamanları, ödeme durumu, iade, teslimat ve destek kayıtları işlenir. Güvenlik amacıyla ham IP adresi kalıcı müşteri profiline eklenmez; oran sınırlama ve dolandırıcılık önleme için geri döndürülemez özet veya kısa süreli teknik kayıt kullanılabilir.

Kart numarası, son kullanma tarihi ve güvenlik kodu PayTR tarafından kendi güvenli ödeme ortamında işlenir ve satıcının sistemlerine ulaşmaz.

2. Amaç ve hukuki sebepler

Veriler; hesabı oluşturmak, sözleşmeyi kurmak ve ifa etmek, ödemeyi doğrulamak, dijital içeriği teslim etmek, fatura düzenlemek, destek ve iade taleplerini sonuçlandırmak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek, hakları tesis veya savunmak ve vergi, muhasebe, tüketici ve elektronik ticaret yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmek için işlenir.

Türkiye bakımından başlıca hukuki sebepler KVKK 5/2 kapsamındaki sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası, veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğü, bir hakkın tesisi/kullanılması/korunması ve temel haklara zarar vermeyen meşru menfaattir. AB/AEA ve Birleşik Krallık bakımından karşılık gelen dayanaklar sözleşmenin ifası, hukuki yükümlülük ve dengelenmiş meşru menfaattir. Pazarlama iletileri, satışın şartı olmayan ayrı bir izin sürecine tabidir.

3. Alıcı grupları ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Veriler, amaçla sınırlı olarak PayTR'ye; kimlik, veritabanı ve özel dosya saklama altyapısı sağlayıcılarına; site barındırma ve güvenlik sağlayıcılarına; işlem e-postası sağlayıcısına; muhasebe/fatura danışmanlarına; hukuken yetkili kamu kurumları ve uyuşmazlık mercilerine aktarılabilir. Bu taraflara yalnız görevleri için gerekli asgari veri sağlanır.

4. Uluslararası aktarım

Kullanılan bulut, kimlik, barındırma veya e-posta sağlayıcısının altyapısı Türkiye dışında veri işlediğinde aktarım; KVKK 9, uygulanabilir GDPR/UK GDPR kuralları ve diğer zorunlu hukuk uyarınca yeterlilik kararı, standart sözleşme, bağlayıcı şirket kuralı veya geçerli başka bir güvenceye dayanır. Gerekli aktarım mekanizması kurulmamış ülke veya sağlayıcı satış için etkinleştirilmez. Kullanılan güncel sağlayıcı ve güvence bilgisi hello@dominoagro.com adresinden talep edilebilir.

5. Saklama

Sipariş, sözleşme kabulü, ödeme, teslimat ve iade ispat kayıtları en az üç yıl; vergi, muhasebe ve ticari kayıtlar uygulanabilir yasal süre boyunca ve gerektiğinde on yıla kadar saklanır. Süresi dolan checkout oturumları ve oran sınırlama kayıtları otomatik temizlenir. Destek kayıtları talebin kapanmasından itibaren üç yıl; güvenlik kayıtları olay incelemesi veya hukuki zorunluluk daha uzun süre gerektirmedikçe en fazla doksan gün saklanır. Süre sonunda veri silinir, yok edilir veya geri döndürülemeyecek şekilde anonimleştirilir.

6. Haklar

İlgili kişi; verisinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, yanlış veriyi düzeltme, şartları varsa silme veya kısıtlama, aktarılan alıcı gruplarını öğrenme, otomatik işleme itiraz etme ve uygulanabildiğinde veri taşınabilirliği haklarını kullanabilir. Talep hello@dominoagro.com adresine gönderilebilir. Kimlik doğrulama için yalnız gerekli bilgiler istenir. Yasal saklama zorunluluğu bulunan işlem kayıtları, hesap silme talebi üzerine hemen silinmeyebilir; erişim sınırlandırılarak yalnız zorunlu amaçla tutulur.

Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumuna; AB/AEA veya Birleşik Krallık'ta ilgili yerel veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet hakkı saklıdır.

1. Data processed

Account and order processing uses name, email, phone, the provider identifier associated with Google sign-in, billing address, city, postal code, and country; company name, tax/VAT number, and tax office for business invoices; cart and order items; accepted contract versions and timestamps; payment status; refunds; delivery; and support records. A raw IP address is not added to the permanent customer profile. An irreversible digest or short-lived technical record may be used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are processed by PayTR in its secure payment environment and do not reach the seller.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to create the account, form and perform the contract, verify payment, deliver digital content, invoice, handle support and refunds, prevent abuse, establish or defend rights, and comply with tax, accounting, consumer, and e-commerce duties.

For Türkiye, the principal grounds under KVKK Article 5(2) are contract formation/performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights. For the EU/EEA and UK, corresponding grounds are contract performance, legal obligation, and balanced legitimate interests. Marketing is subject to a separate permission flow and is not a condition of purchase.

3. Recipient categories and providers

Data may be disclosed as necessary to PayTR; identity, database, and private-file-storage providers; site hosting and security providers; the transactional-email provider; accounting/invoicing advisers; and legally competent authorities and dispute bodies. Each recipient receives only the minimum data needed for its role.

4. International transfers

Where a cloud, identity, hosting, or email provider processes data outside Türkiye, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision, standard contract, binding corporate rule, or another valid safeguard under KVKK Article 9, applicable GDPR/UK GDPR rules, and other mandatory law. A country or provider is not enabled for sales unless the required mechanism is in place. Current provider and safeguard details may be requested at hello@dominoagro.com.

5. Retention

Evidence of orders, contract acceptance, payment, delivery, and refunds is kept for at least three years. Tax, accounting, and commercial records are kept for the applicable statutory period and, where required, up to ten years. Expired checkout sessions and rate-limit records are automatically removed. Support records are kept for three years after closure; security records for no more than 90 days unless an incident investigation or legal duty requires longer. At the end of the period, data is erased, destroyed, or irreversibly anonymised.

6. Rights

Depending on the applicable law, a person may ask whether data is processed, request information and a copy, correct inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction where conditions are met, learn recipient categories, object to automated processing, and exercise portability. Requests may be sent to hello@dominoagro.com. Only necessary information is requested for identity verification. Transaction records subject to legal retention may not be erased immediately after account deletion; they are restricted to the required purpose.

The right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the competent EU/EEA or UK supervisory authority remains available.
